Team
Michael Falcon – Managing Director
m.falcon@expedict.co.uk
Educated in international relations, Michael’s early career at the European Commission gave him a keen appreciation of the machinery of public bodies, as well as first-hand experience of how the correct choice and use of technologies can lead to greater efficiencies. His move to the private sector took him straight into transcription, where he held a directorship at two successive companies before founding Expedict. His ability to translate customer needs into innovative solutions stems from considerable experience on both the end‑user and service provider sides of the equation.
Sally Kellett – Production Manager
s.kellett@expedict.co.uk
With an ever-growing team of typists working from home around the UK and abroad, Expedict needed a people person. Sally’s long experience as PA to demanding company executives makes her well-placed to give our team the guidance they need. And as past and present chairwoman of a variety of clubs and associations, she brings that crucial dose of people skills to our production management.
Cheryl Copestake – Production Systems & Quality Control Manager
c.copestake@expedict.co.uk
A career path along IT consulting, technical writing and previous business ventures led Cheryl to Expedict with a rare combination of valuable skills and knowledge. Her IT skills put her at the heart of our innovative thinking, and her rigorous defence of the English language makes her very popular with our customers.
Sue Farrow – Account Manager
s.farrow@expedict.co.uk
Sue joined us as a typist, but her past experience as PA at a firm of property surveyors saw her move up the ranks quickly as she set the standard by which our other dictation typists were measured. Sue now single-handedly manages the daily work with one of our biggest customers, including both handling customer queries and coordinating her team of typists.
Jackie Maisey – New Zealand Production
m.maisey@expedict.co.uk
Our 24/7 operation is kept running smoothly by Jackie. Her career has seen her supervising typist teams for government departments, a large bank, stock brokers and legal firms. When the UK sleeps, Jackie’s role is all-encompassing, comprising handling customer queries, coordinating the work of her local team of typists, overseeing quality control and delivering finished transcripts. The bulk of the work she handles is for UK and US customers requiring an overnight service.
