Michael Falcon - Managing Director

Educated in international relations, Michael’s early career at the European Commission gave him a keen appreciation of the machinery of public bodies, as well as first-hand experience of how the correct choice and use of technologies can lead to greater efficiencies. His move to the private sector took him straight into transcription, where he held a directorship at two companies before founding Expedict. His ability to translate customer needs into innovative solutions stems from considerable experience on both the end‑user and service provider sides of the equation.

Her IT skills put her at the heart of our innovative thinking, and her rigorous defence of the English language makes her very popular with our customers.

David Bell – Account Manager & Business Development

David joined Expedict with years of experience at the coalface of transcription for many of the UK's largest companies and public bodies. Serving demanding blue chip clients has given David the insights and instincts required to anticipate customer needs and develop innovative ways of serving their evolving requirements. And having been there and done it in transcription, David is an inspiration to our ever-expanding team of typists.

Sue Farrow – Account Manager

Sue joined Expedict as a dictation typist having previously been a PA at a firm of property surveyors. She quickly set the standard by which our other typists were measured. Today she manages the daily workflow for one of our biggest customers, dealing with all day-to-day customer queries and coordinating her team of typists.

Fiona Everson – Account Manager

As our Legal & Insurance work volumes increased, Fiona joined the team to expand our admin, typist liaison and customer support capacity in this area. She works alongside Sue to ensure the smooth flow of hundreds of documents per week through our production pipeline.

Jackie Maisey – New Zealand Production

Jackie Maisey is our safe pair of hands overnight, and when the UK sleeps she keeps our 24/7 international operation running smoothly. In her time Jackie has supervised typist teams for government departments, law and stock broking firms and a large bank. Jackie’s role is all-encompassing. She handles overnight customer queries, coordinates the work of her local team of typists, oversees quality control and delivers finished transcripts. The bulk of the work she handles is for UK and US customers making use of our overnight service.

Ruben Verstraeten - Audio Technician

If you can't pull him way from his computers, give him something productive to do with them. Feeding audio to our Production team was the logical choice. Ruben keeps his computers humming, using an impressive array of software and hardware to record customer audio from an equally impressive variety of sources. Luckily, our typists can type it almost as fast as he can record it.
