Open a Support Ticket
If you are an existing customer with a query about a transcription order you've placed with us, we recommend that you log on to your account and open a Support Ticket (Go to Support Menu, click Add new ticket). This is the best way of alerting your account manager to your query and leaving an audit trail for follow-up purposes.
